Frequently Asked Questions Q: I think I still have Unibucks earned through shopping at @theU; how can I claim them? A: Nelnet will be running reports of all active Unibucks accounts to determine Unibucks owed. Once we have received verification that all merchant points have been posted, your loan account will be credited. Q: Who do I call if I have questions? A: Please call our Customer Service department at 1.888.486.4722, or e-mail (www.nelnet.net/corporate/ContactUs/) Q: Does Nelnet have another points program? A: Nelnet is currently researching different programs with better user benefits and different ways to earn points. Anyone who had a Unibucks account will be among the first to be notified of the new program once it's available. Q: I recently shopped on the @theU Web site; how do I know my points will be credited? A: All purchases made through February 17, 2006, will be credited to your account. The process takes approximately 30 days to post. You will no longer have access to our campus store after February 18. Q: I thought I had more points than my verification letter states, what happened? A: Remember, points are not awarded on shipping or tax dollars, only on the actual purchase price of each item. Again, if you have any questions regarding @theU or your Unibucks account, please call Nelnet toll-free 1.888.486.4722. |
